Allie Cauldera and Kaitlyn Vittozzi

Date / Time: Tuesdays 6:30 - 7:30pm
Location: The Boathouse at 20 Black Creek, Rochester, NY 14623
Instructor: Allie Cauldera / Kaitlyn Vittozzi

Come join us for yoga at the boathouse. We have equipment for you to borrow if you don’t have your own.

Reconnect with your body and yourself during this embodied yoga practice! This class is a somatic approach to movement, designed to nurture the relationship between you and your body to create connection and understanding. The movements can be as gentle or vigorous as your body asks for - the body is in the driver’s seat. The practice will end with a brief meditation. No experience is necessary, beginners are very much welcome. Bring an open mind and comfy clothes.

If you’re not already on our email list and you’re interested in attending, please Contact Us with your name and contact information.

We can’t wait to see you there!

Meet Yoga Instructor, Allie Cauldera

Allie believes in the power of healing and growth through concerted effort and aims to make yoga therapy as accessible as possible. She is a yoga therapist (working with clients 1:1 in a therapeutic setting), yoga and meditation facilitator, and a student of yoga since 2009. She takes a bottom-up, body-based approach: working with feelings and sensations in the body first, before layering on cognitive thinking and integration. Her sessions and class experiences are designed to get you in your body and feeling what's happening at the edge of now, so you can find freedom in your mind through movement in your body. She has studied extensively with Phoenix Rising School of Yoga Therapy and completed her 900-hour yoga therapy certification in 2023. Find out more about yoga therapy here: caulderayogatherapy.com
